Cancelation of Registration
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat – Novacon d.o.o. and must be postmarked by January 15th, 2020. Reimbursement
of the fee less an administrative charge of 20 % and VAT( 25 %) will be refunded.
The course cancellations received after January 15th, 2020, will not be refunded.
The badge is the only official evidence of registration and should be worn
at all times during the event. Loss of badge causes loss of registration.
Cost of the registration fee partcipants can pay only by prepayment to the account of organizer or by cash at the registration desk.
The registration fee must be free of every charges or banking Commission.
